Do you know that your thoughts have a lot of power? In our hostile and sometimes violent society, we can allow our thoughts to make us fearful about life. We can become withdraw and distant. Do not allow what is happening in the world to steal your joy. If you are having trouble finding joy, start a gratitude journal. Every morning when you wake up, write down two things that you are grateful about. Every evening before you go to bed, write down two things you did really well that day. After two weeks, take the time to review what you wrote. You will may be surprised by what you discover.
